The apartment offers a beautiful panorama of the Karkonosze (Giant Mountains). From the Iser saddle, through Szrenica and Śnieżne Kotły to the plates of the Meteorological Observatory on Śnieżka.

The apartment is part of a newly built complex of 3 two-storey buildings. It is a freshly finished in a modern, industrial style and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a windowed balcony.

All windows overlook the south side, which makes the apartment bright and sunny. From the whole apartment you can enjoy a view of the mountains.

Location of the apartment will especially appeal to guests who appreciate the proximity of nature. The apartment is located by the network of hiking and biking routes of the Jizera Mountains. Distance from the nearest trail is about 200m. In the morning on the glades above the building you can meet roe deer.

Only 15 minutes by car are the professional cross-country skiing trails in Jakuszyce to practise cross-country skiing at the emerging Cross-country Skiing Centre in Jakuszyce.

The proximity of the border with the Czech Republic offers a wide range of ski resorts: Harrachov (20 minutes), Rokietnica (30 minutes) and Spindleruv Mlyn (1h). The nearest resort is Ski Arena Szrenica in Szklarska Poreba - 10 minutes. Both beginners and advanced skiers will find something for themselves.

 

Recreation

After an eventful day spent in the mountains, a 49" smart TV with free access to Netflix and Prime Video and digital terrestrial television awaits the tired tourists.

A very comfortable, large continental bed with an upholstered headrest will ensure rest and good sleep in the bedroom.

 

Cooking

There is a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, sink, fridge and dishwasher. You can also use an electric kettle and a coffee machine.

For breakfast, lunch or dinner you can sit at a comfortable table in the dining room with a view of the mountains.

 

Accessibility

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, but the entrance is from the ground floor level, so the apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment includes a private parking space opposite the entrance to the building.
